Kollman Gearhart is a motivational coach and former athlete. Growing up he was given the nickname "Big Teddy Bear" BTB due to being overweight. He was troubled by a childhood marked by his mother's addiction, and mental health challenges to then losing 100 pounds in 13 months after graduating High School and becoming a Scholarship Division 1 college tennis player. His podcast The BTB Project releases 2 episodes a week and has been streamed in over 26 countries after being launched in January 2023.

Pamela (Pam) Kramer is President of ITP International, the non-profit organization that stewards ITP and the work of its founders, George Leonard and Michael Murphy. Pam is an ITP Mastery teacher, is on the faculty of Esalen Institute and presents workshops at venues in the US and abroad. A member of the ITP San Rafael group, she is engaged in training ITP teachers, helping to form ITP groups and bring integral principles and practices to the workplace. Pam is an organizational consultant, executive coach, and advisor to organizations and entrepreneurs in the San Francisco Bay Area. She is co- author, with her colleague and friend, Christina Grote, of Living an Extraordinary Life: The Magic of Integral Transformative Practice, published in 2023. Christina and Pam presented at EVO Sport Collective in the Speaker Mastery series in 2023 and have participated in EVO conferences and special events over the past several years.

In her role as President since 2007, Pam has endeavored, in tandem with Barry Robbins and others, to uncover the riches of the practice and to create training programs and educational materials for practitioners. In 2019, ITP received a grant to develop an ITP program on cooperation. The ITP Ki of Cooperation, a practice aimed at creating harmony inside oneself, with others and the world was launched and continues to be a hub for shared wisdom, tools, and discovery about the practice of cooperation, from the inside out. Our Integral Leadership Mastery program provides a platform for practitioners to develop coaching skills and leadership capacities, including how to be an effective leader of one’s own life.

Given EVO and ITP's shared passion for ITP and association to ITP’s founders, we have continued our collaboration to shine light on the power of iintegral practice for individuals from all walks of life, including sports enthusiasts, athletes and coaches. We cross-promote our programs and events and enjoy watching our partnership flourish. Recently, I became a grateful member of Heartstorm, a social justice project of EVO Sport, where the ITP Ki of Cooperation program and practice have been presented, along with aspirations of further work together.

Catt Tripoli, known under the alias Cathey Palyo in her competitive years, made a mark in the world of Bodybuilding. Competing under both NPC amateur and IFBB professional sanctions, she amassed an impressive array of titles including California State, USA, National, World, Ms. Universe, and Ms. International Bodybuilding championships. Her accomplishments adorned the covers of esteemed Bodybuilding magazines like Muscle and Fitness Mexico, Flex, and Muscular Development. Beyond competitions, she graced stages worldwide for guest appearances. However, her departure from the sport in 1989 followed her efforts to establish equality for women athletes, including fair drug testing protocols and pay parity, culminating in the USA vs. USSR tour.

Though she left competitive Bodybuilding, her passion for the sport endured. Catt Tripoli, now dedicated to spreading her knowledge, authored the book "Conscious Fitness" outlining her training methodologies. Her journey into understanding human potential began in childhood, sparked by her fascination with the brain and its capabilities. This curiosity fueled her pursuit of excellence in athletics, leading her to explore techniques that transcended conventional limits.

Venturing beyond the realm of physical prowess, she delved into hypnotherapy, recognizing its potential to enhance performance and address various psychological challenges. This journey ultimately led her to EVO Sports Collective, where she found a community aligned with her vision of pushing human potential.

Today, Catt Tripoli focuses on refining her Conscious Fitness Course, aiming to share her techniques with a broader audience, from elite athletes to recreational enthusiasts. She firmly believes in the transformative power of strength training, not just for physical prowess but also for fostering growth and evolution across body, mind, and spirit.

Amy is the Co-Founder and Owner of EarthnAirCreations—a venture that embodies her commitment for all to reconnect with their Selves and Nature while fostering mindful living through artisanal handmade tools for meditation and mindfulness practices. 

Every EarthnAirCreations is a conduit for the broader vision of empowering individuals to attune to their bodies, Nature, and listen to their higher selves. Each piece is a reminder to embrace conscious awareness in everyday life.
