She co-founded the Mental Performance Coaches Alliance, uniting coaches worldwide to elevate standards. With expertise in facilitating greatness, Laura was a college athlete in basketball and track before becoming an NCAA Head Basketball. Frustrated by player recovery limitations, she spent two decades studying holistic healing and developed sports energy medicine. Laura’s certifications in neuroscience, sports nutrition, sport psychology, and holistic medicine led her to pioneer Holistic Mental Performance, fostering consistent mental, emotional, and physical resilience.
